I designed and developed CherryBlossomBridal.com, a bridal salon website specializing in curvy bridal gowns and personalized shopping experiences. Built with Core PHP, this platform showcases designer lines such as Allure Bridals and Maggie Sottero, and offers seamless user journeys from consultation booking to gown selection.
My work encompassed full-stack development using Core PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I built a robust backend to manage the catalog of bridal collections (sizes 14–28 main, custom ordering up to 32), appointment scheduling, and contact workflows. The frontend features a clean, elegant aesthetic with intuitive navigation—reflecting the salon’s luxurious yet approachable branding. I implemented responsive layouts, optimized loading times, and ensured cross-browser compatibility.
Cherry Blossom Bridal
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia.
Design-wise, I collaborated in the visual planning phase—defining layout hierarchy, typography, spacing, and imagery. While Core PHP was used for backend logic, I incorporated assets crafted in tools like Figma and Photoshop to produce hero sections, gallery previews, and custom icons. The end product is a polished, accessible bridal site that mirrors the unique and inclusive mission of Cherry Blossom Bridal.
Cherry Blossom Bridal is a boutique bridal salon in Washington, D.C., dedicated to providing a body-positive and highly personalized gown shopping experience for curvy brides. The goal of the project was to build a clean, elegant, and responsive website that showcases designer bridal collections, facilitates appointment bookings, and communicates the brand’s inclusive philosophy.
As the sole designer and developer, I delivered a complete solution—from wireframes and UI design in Figma to full backend logic in Core PHP and MySQL. The result is a high-performance, scalable, and emotionally resonant website that supports both the business’s operational needs and brand storytelling.
